I was horrified and so was the delivering company in regards to the condition of the goods being delivered into my house. Paid $5500 for this move and the condition of the items look like it transferred five other times with different movers. I have asked for parks moving to provide me with a list of companies that all of my goods were transported. I have still yet to receive this information find it hard to believe that this company does not have the proper tracking documentation to provide me immediately. It’s sad to say that I will never use United again because I don’t think you guys realize the caliber of subcontractors you have. I had items that were packed very well which are broken. I had pillows on my sofa not even packed thrown on top of boxes. This is not how items were removed and wrapped from my home. For claims report has been submitted but I’m deeply deeply unhappy with the quality of service I received. Out reimbursement 400 dollars. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!"
