  I would give this place a zero if possible. When I reserved a trailer for a trip, the attendant knew nothing about the trailer and could not provide any information about it, but I reserved it anyway. The day prior to picking it up, I called to make sure we were all set. They said that I could pick it up the next day (which is when I was leaving for my trip) at any time after 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and there was no trailer there. This place is the worst. I would never consider going back there and advise you to avoid this place. I cannot express how disappointed I was, or the level of anxiety their incompetence caused me. Extremely poor is too high a rating for this place. Beware.

  WORST experience ever. I called to see if my truck would be ready for after hours pick up on Friday as I had reserved it online. 2 people told me that yes, everything was available. I happened to ask before hanging up if the truck was actually there for 6pm pick up and was then told that no, it would be returned by someone else at 7pm. I was told by the girl that she leaves at 5:15 and no one would come back to get the key from the returning driver. This left me unable to pick up the truck at all that evening. Had to re-arrange the movers etc. I was then told that even though, I had rented the truck from 6pm Fri to 6pm Sat originally that since I was picking it up on Sat morning, that it was their weekend policy that I could only have the truck for 5 hours. I should have changed places right then. When I went at 8am on Saturday, there was a delay as they had no keys for the truck. I finally left with another truck that ended up breaking down mid move leaving us unable to finish the move. I spent the entire day on the phone with roadside assistance and had 2 repair people come out to tell me that they wouldnt fix it. So, today is now Sunday. I just waited 30 minutes on the phone with customer service this morning for them to tell me they cant help me with a refund and thatI have to deal with the rental facility. I still have the truck because it needs to be towed and they cant find anyone who will come and get it. To top it off, my move is still not done. What a complete NIGHTMARE!

  I scheduled a U-Haul rental through this facility from the U-Haul site. I had to cancel the reservation due to needing a rental for a day later instesd. I thoroughly cancelled it through the site and booked an available reservation through another site. Come to find out, this facility rented out a truck under my cancelled reservation and is sending me rental invoices for $340! This is a fraudulent company. They didn't even check the person's ID that they obviously rented the truck to. DON'T RENT FROM THEM EVER.
