  Called Shelton to help us on a last minute move & he accommodated us on our requested date even if they have a scheduled appointment already. He did not rip us off even if it is on a Saturday afternoon & he is honest to give us update when they are getting behind of schedule. Best of all, 2 group of moving trucks came to help & finish the job right away. Thank you for making our move easy.

  Flagstaff Moving was absolutely amazing. I had a flight of stairs to go down moving out, and two flights going up in my new place....zero complaints from them, they just got the job done efficiently. Very happy with the service that was provided. Wonderful employees! Thank you!!

  We used Flagstaff moving company in July, they came out and gave us a quote and wrote a contract on how much it would cost us to do our move. Moving day came and we were all packed up and ready to go. They looked like a bunch of bees moving around the house carrying boxes and loading furniture (none were wrapped except 1 piece). My fault I should have watched them load it. Then we were informed that they were going to need 2 additional U-Haul trailers which my husband went to get for them. I guess Sheldon the owner miss calculated what it would take to move a 5-bedroom house. We were to be done before noon they miss calculated 3 o’clock rolled around and they were finally finished. We rolled out of town. Arriving in at out new home at 5:30 and they call to inform us that they had to stop and finish another move they were an hour behind us. When they arrive it’s raining and dark. They unload our boxes and furniture all over the house and outside. Then he asks for additional money he says for additional time. (my husband pays him) I informed Sheldon that some of my furniture had been damaged, he puts me off and him and his men leave. The next day I really inspect my furniture and I see nicks and scratches and my lawn furniture has been chipped and scraped. I emailed Sheldon with pictures of damage to my furniture, one which was a 150 year old heirloom dresser that now has a chip on it and he writes: They sell these little pens at Home Depot/Homco stores that you can touch up little dings and they absolutely disappear. I could also bring some by the next time I am nearby and touch those up. I never want to leave a customer dissatisfied at our work quality! And for my patio furniture he writes: About the scuffs on the Adirondack chair, if you would like, the next time I am in Mesa, I can swing by and sand them and repaint them, we do remember seeing the matching paint while moving your items. Would not recommend this company we had a contract for a certain price and man hours to move us and in the end I was disappointed when you pay a company 3k to move you and you wound up with rusted property and damaged furniture. Pictures posted are just a small example of damage to my furniture.

We were very shocked to hear the next day, after finishing the move and you having let us know how excited and positive your experience with us was, that you began asking for a refund. Your review is misrepresenting the signed and agreed to contract which explains the base fee and hourly rate for additional hours, as well as the work that was performed. We are very sorry that in the end you were not pleased with our efforts at resolving your concerns, including the significant discount already given and our sincere offer to fix the damaged items.
