Wonderful storage experience! The units were clean and functional. They offer a variety of carts/furniture dolly’s to help move heavy items. In the winter when there is snow and ice, they clear the driveway very well! Management is kind and helpful. We had a unit with them for a year and it was great to know our items were safe! Plus they send out courtesy invoices 2 weeks before bill due dates, making it easy to remember to submit payment on time. Thanks again, Woodlands Village Self Storage!

Receptionist was a lovely woman who was very welcoming. Wasn't able to rent a unit this visit due to unfortunate timing, but having used this facility before, I can say that they are worth every penny. Units are always kept clean between rentals and they offer free carts to use to transport your belongings from your vehicle to your unit and elevators built to accommodate said carts. Security gates and lots of surveillance ensures your property stays yours!

From out of town, I rented a unit for 10 years. Woodlands Village Self Storage accomodated my preferred payment method. They always gave me plenty of notice regarding rent increases and invoices. I was able to communicate with someone either via phone or email whenever necessary. The facility is clean, well maintained and efficiently run. The furniture I stored in a climate controlled unit was in great shape when I finally came to claim it. If I lived in Flagstaff, I would use this facility again.
