Avoid. They were eager to give me a quote and hound me multiple times to make a reservation, and then never responded to my requests to cancel my reservation when I found a better company that had much more trustworthy vibes and a much more reasonable quote. Pro tip: if you call a moving company and it takes eight people to transfer you, you're at the wrong spot. There are many smaller companies out there who are far more responsive and reasonably priced.

My move was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was taken care within the time-frame specified. All my furniture was intact and moved with no problems. David and his team were simply outstanding. Very professional and wonderful. I would love for each and every one of my moves to be like that.

If and when I move again, I’m going with Flat Rate! The reps are responsive and we’re always available when I called, they made the quoting process quick and easy with their well-developed website. And the pricing was very competitive. The actual move itself was quick and easy, and despite my large collection of glassware, everything arrived to my apartment unharmed! The movers were friendly and efficient, and were so quick. We did a morning move and I think the entire process took about 1.5-2 hours from the time they arrived to pickup my things from my old place, to them leaving my new place. There was about 20-30 min transit time in between. I’d definitely recommend!
