  Big shout out to the moving crew Dylan , Jesse , gasper and Carlos . Those guys ran through NON STOP from morning till they were finished late afternoon. They didn’t waste time and were so productive making my day go from stressed to relieved . They all were very respectful with my things and didn’t hesitate to ask me questions and keep me in the loop about my stuff . They were very accommodating and very easy to work with. Your company has some great people working there and THESE four .. are a great reflection of an awesome company . Last shout out to Roee… he was so helpful and patient with so many changes in my moving date.

  Absolutely made our cross-country so easy! We originally intended to drive a u-haul from LA to NY.. thankfully, we reviewed the route, weather conditions + cost of gas/diesel — it was a no-go for us. Per our agent’s recommendation, we gave FlatRate a quick email and they were so responsive through and through! The movers arrived at our house and got all of our stuff ready and all gone in about one hour. They packed everything carefully and everything arrived at our place in PERFECT condition! Shoutout to Monica, Arzelia, and the LA moving team + NYC moving team because they really did a phenomenal job. I wish we got all of their names — but to the crews who handles our pick-up and delivery.. YALL ARE AWESOME. 💯 Thank you!!

  Eduardo's team moved my wife and me from Culver City to Long Beach. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They showed up on time and moved us faster than I thought was possible. In a matter of a few hours, they were wrapping up unloading all of our things at our new address. I appreciated the care they showed for all of our belongings. Eduardo and members communicated all the details throughout and made sure we were on the same page. I didn't know a move could go this smoothly! I highly recommend this company and team.
