  I've rented vehicles from here on multiple occasions and have always had a positive experience. The folks here were attentive and straightforward about the trucks they offer. They were also *very* fast. This allowed me to arrive at my work order on time, when I needed to book with them last minute. You can't put a price on dealing with folks who know their business and offer quality service in record time - it is the kind of experience that allows us to in turn offer our customers a positive experience. Give small/local business a try and check them out.

  I was scheduled to have my stored items delivered and moved in by noon on the first of the month. When speaking with the manager, I initially offered to pick a later moving date, knowing that the first of any month is a busy time. The manager confirmed that the first would be possible. I agreed to this date and scheduled the rest of my moving plans around this confirmation. At noon on the first, the company contacted me and informed me that they wouldn't be able to arrive until the next day. When I spoke with the manager, they said they were unable to refund me a reasonable amount of the delivery and moving fee in spite of the rescheduling. I followed up with the business owner regarding this issue; his initial response was rude and unprofessional. Once I explained the nature of the issue, he apologized for the difficulty, but similarly refused to offer a refund in spite of the inconvenience. I would strongly recommend against working with this company. They're a small, local business that I would like to support, but their disorganization, lack of professionalism, rudeness, and fraudulent behavior makes it difficult to speak well of them.
