  I used Al’s to move furniture from my sister’s condo to The Palms in Ft Myers on the recommendation of The Palms. The move went ok. Scott and Al seem like nice people. They did damage one leather chair, but I let that slide. Move was 10 miles and took about 3 hours. My sister had to be located with in The Palms complex, a move from the 3rd floor to the first. I could be there for the move, which proved to be a big mistake. They had more people, moved less furniture and charged the same amount. I can’t help but feel I was taken advantage of for not being there. I will pay them. But buyer beware.

We also looked up moves into or in the Palms and we found no moves since 2021 with the palms address.

  We have used Frank and Sons for several moves over the years as we have moved around Cape Coral several times. We recommended them to my parents, and some friends over the years and all of us have been extremely happy with their service. The crew has always been careful, courteous and patient with us as sometimes we don't know exactly where we want our stuff until it gets brought through the door, lol. They always have the proper tools and equipment to handle anything you need. They are experienced movers and can manage getting everything where it needs to go. We recently moved our business as well, and Frank and Sons handled a large amount of big filing cabinets and huge flat file drawer cabinets for maps and plans we use in our business. The owner, Jim, is a pleasure to deal with and has always given us an estimate and sticks to it. No hidden or extra fees ever. We recommend Frank and Sons highly for both residential and commercial moves.

  Frank and Sons Moving did a great job for me. They provided me with a fair estimate to move and held to the price. There was no "holding my goods hostage" for more money. Jim and his crew showed up on time and had my entire household loaded within 3 hours. They were amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate me, including loading items I originally forgot to mention. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience. They were top notch.
