On behalf of the renter of a climate controlled unit. Freedom Storage is an excellent storage company. Debra and her colleagues provide superior customer service and my unit was free of debris and critters...Very clean and well kept. I highly recommend Freedom Storage. A 5 Star rating!

This place was great until the new management took over. They increased their rates, mine went from $90 to $99 and I get an emai stating I'm required to have renters insurance as well? You don't cover a loss if my property is damaged at YOUR facility? I can't wait to get my belongings out of there, it's no longer worth it. 4/1/22: ANOTHER increase since new management took over. In 10 months my bill went from $90 to $134. I don't know how they justify the increase, I'm certainly not getting any added service. Just plain greed from a large corporation that took over.

We had a military move and the freedom self storage was very accomodating! Over the phone they were sweet as can be, and in person, even sweeter! They were very understanding when we were having trouble communicating with out moving company over a very large trailer the moving company was lagging on retrieving. Couldn't recommend them more!!
