  Very very happy with my move. Gentle giant took care of everything and checked in periodically before each move. I had my stuff on storage for a month before moving back in. The guys both times were amazing and took such good care of everything. Very professional from start to finish and nothing went missing or broke. Would definitely use Gentle Giant for my next move.

  We have used Gentle Giant for multiple moves over the last 15 years (I used another company once, and that was a mistake). Each time they have done a terrific job estimating the cost of the move, and then have been punctual, careful, polite and professional in the execution of the move. Interactions with the office staff and coordinators are as close to painless as you could hope for; the crew chiefs who coordinate the onsite activities (packing and moving) have a really nice way about them, commanding the respect of their team and the homeowner; and, honestly, each individual "giant" (some of whom really are GIANT) is expert, pleasant and seems to really care about doing his or her best. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

  I’ve used Gentle Giant three times and they have been awesome to work with. Coordinating the move was easy, and they took so much stress out of the moving process on the day of. They work quickly and efficiently and are so friendly. I would never hire any other company.
