I had a great experience with Gentle Giant during my move from my one bedroom apartment in the spring. They communicated several times to confirm the date and time of my move, and the online form to list my belongings was easy to use. The moving team arrived a few minutes early and got to work right away, carefully packing up my things and asking plenty of questions about how I wanted items packed. They were efficient and packed up quickly, and all the team members were polite and friendly. Would recommend!

I couldn't have been happier with Gentle Giant and my move. Communication was excellent. The whole process went smoothly and easily. The actual moving day was fast and trouble-free. They worked quickly and finished much sooner than estimated which saved me money. I highly recommend Gentle Giant!

I had a recent move from East Providence to West Greenwich. Paul, Vincent, and Jake were great. They were very efficient and really took great care of my belongings. I've moved multiple times and Gentle Giant really made this the best move I have ever had. I can not say enough good things about them. 10/10 will definitely use them again and would recommend them to all my friends/relatives.
