I hired Gentle Giant to help move a top floor studio apartment to a top floor 1 bedroom -- no elevators and so many stairs! My boyfriend and I were impressed by Alex, Willis, and Jake not only in their agility in handling sharply curving San Francisco hallways, large heavy items, and 4 flights of stairs at each place, but with their professionalism and positive attitude throughout. The final cost was exactly what they quoted us, no surprises, everything made it through intact. I would definitely hire them again for moving in San Francisco!

20 years ago, Gentle Giant Moving helped me move out of my crappy 1 bedroom apartment into a slightly less crapier studio apartment and they were amazing. Last week, they moved me and my family into our new 4 bedroom home in the heart of San Francisco. And both times, the teams were amazing to work with, courteous, respectful and really good at their jobs. They made the move incredibly easy and were flexible to the quirks and needs we had. I would strongly recommend them for any kind of move you have to go through.

Amazing company, they were very upfront and honest about limitations for the move we had in mind. Instead of ending the conversation since we obviously wouldn't be able to use their service, they gave us a lot of information to best help us in our situation. Incredibly professional, very sincere and genuinely interested in helping people with their moves.
