  Couldn’t be more thankful and pleased. I got a call from another moving company less than 10 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house telling me they wouldn’t make it there - I had scheduled my move at least 4 weeks prior. I called Gentle John’s that same morning (Saturday) and asked if there was ANY chance they could move me before the following Tuesday. They got me in the same day. Wow. I was told the crew would be at my house between 1:30-2PM and they drove up at 1:30 on the dot. Their service and crew were amazing, friendly, and careful with my items. Would highly recommend.

  The whole experience was great! The guys in the office were very on top of it, super professional and kind, and followed up exactly when they said they would ahead of our moving date. The moving crew day-of was excellent! They showed up right on time, were very careful and efficient, wrapped furniture with care, and were in tune with each other for moving the big stuff, which helped avoid damaged down stairs. They didn't waste time on the drive and got to the second destination shortly after us. This is my first time using a moving company and I'm so glad that I went with Gentle John's. The crew that moved us was happy and thankful to be with the company too, which says a lot. Highly recommend!

  We had a complicated in-city move and Gentle John’s was my first and only call. They were on time, took very good care of *everything* (from the rattiest shoe rack to antiques), continuously asked questions during the move to make sure everyone was on the same page, were courteous, and most of all were clear about their price structure. Office guys Andy and Kirby were great to deal with in booking and confirming the move. On the day of, Andreas and Dustin (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the third person) were top notch. What we thought would take hours was done in less than 90 minutes. We have used Gentle John’s before and there’s no question that we will use them again for any type of move.
