  Sandy at VIP Pet Transport is hands down the best in the business. She has more knowledge of the pet shipping industry than anyone I've ever met. When my wife and I had questions about shipping our dogs she patiently answered everything thoroughly. She truly cares about her clients pets and getting them to their destination safely. I highly recommend that if you are looking to ship your pets safely, then Sandy is the one to go to.

  Sandy was incredibly helpful and efficient. My stress level during a difficult move was eased by knowing that my dogs were safely taken care of. Sandy is the best and the only one I will recommend. VIP Pet Transport is outstanding!

  Do NOT use Sandy to 'help' you fly your pet. We had a horrible experience with her. She made everything extremely difficult and brought on more stress than there needed to be. She told us to arrive at cargo at the airport an hour before they even opened for our dogs' international flight to France. When we arrived in France, some 15 hours later, we went to the address she provided to pick up our dogs and the address brought us out to the middle of a field. She left us no contact number to try and find our dogs, so we drove around for 3 hours trying to find our dogs in all these giant cargo buildings. We emailed her explaining that we had a terrible experience, that she gave us a wrong address and asked that next time she be available to help us or at least leave number to contact in France. She never responded to our email. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Also EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. We paid her fee on top of $2,200 to fly our dogs through cargo internationally. after this awful experience we decided to have our dogs fly on the same plane as us & it cost us $600.

  This person must have worked with a different company and left this review for us in error. We do not know who this person (Regan Olson) is, we have never received any sort of email from her, we have never communicated with her by phone or in any way, and we never arranged a dog transport for her, and all of the information she has provided is invalid!!! Also, our clients ALWAYS have our phone number and contact information as well as the phone number and address of the airline's cargo locations to drop off and pick up their dogs in any city worldwide. In addition we have shipped NO PETS TO FRANCE in over a year. How can she then say we provided awful service and instructions as regards her checking in her dog for flight and picking up her dog in France, and further, later state that she decided to fly her dogs on the same plane as herself? THIS IS A BOGUS REVIEW, and we do not know why a person we have never spoken with, heard from, or worked with, and DO NOT KNOW, would leave such a review unless they erroneously posted to our page by mistake, thinking we were a different company. We ship pets internationally daily, and have never in 35+ years of servicing our clients received a bad review. This person surely must have posted this review on the wrong page thinking we were someone else, as we have never received any emails or other communications from her and are not aware of any issues with any shipments to any location as she describes. Why would someone we do not know leave such a scathing review for a company they have never worked with? The review was obviously posted to our page in error.
