    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was really looking forward to hiring a mover this time. Sadly it was a horrible experience. The movers and office staff were unprofessional. I was charged more than the estimate. 1. The movers showed up late and I was charged because they bill in 30 minute increments. 2. The movers were inexperienced and so slow. I had a one bedroom and it took four hours? 3. They were not “gentle”. They dropped my items, I took pictures. 4. They wasted time. After spending an hour only in the truck, I asked if they were finished. 5. They brought a 26 foot truck. My items for a one bedroom would easily fit in a 12 foot truck. This cost me extra in gas. 6. They were four days late. They refused to give me a discount. 7. Poor service. I called, they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called again, they answered and told me they would call me back and never did. 8. They were so unprofessional. I told them I needed my items, I had to work. When I said, I was very disappointed, Sharity responded “I’m sorry you feel that way”. I called again. Larissa laughed at me and hung up. 9. At delivery, the amount was much higher. Larissa threaten to call the police if I didn’t pay. I felt coerced. She told the drivers to drive off. They were holding my belongings hostage. 10. To deliver the items they did not bring a two wheel hand-truck. 11. Many items were dropped, scratched, and broken 12. I was charged an unexplained 14% service fee 13. This caused so much duress. I incurred medical expenses and was sick for two weeks after. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

    Don’t use them! They seem nice and will damage your home and belongings if they even show up. The receptionist Larissa was super thorough but the good experience ended there. On the day of the move Matt texted that the guys were running late and would be there about 12 noon. They were scheduled to be there by 0900. They showed up closer to 1 with 2 men for a job I was quoted for 3-4 guys for. They had already moved another family even though I booked a month out and should have been the only job for this crew that day. The receptionist said they would cover all floors, but they had nothing to cover them with. The poor guys. I know the manager only scheduled the 2 of them on a 3-4 man job, knowing they couldn’t do it. At 8:30 pm, they informed me that the rest couldn’t fit even though the inventory list included all of my large items. My floors were covered with mud, water, leaves. My yard was torn up where they trampled the muddy lawn while loading the truck. There were wrappers from their dinner in the basement bedroom on the floor. When they tried to start the truck, the battery was dead and they had no cables and couldn’t find the battery. After unloading my own car to get the cables and googling to find the battery, we got it running. At the new house, they made me pay them before unloading but the rate per hour was higher than it was originally quoted and included their 2nd dinner break and the time to get the truck running. At the new house, they slid or rolled boxes down the basement stairs and put things in the garage we told them did not belong in there. They finished at 0145. They scratched floors in both houses. They joked that they tell people the truck is full so they can get done earlier. The manager Matt was disrespectful when we asked for a discount for the breakdown. Matt had no intention of treating the crew or his customer properly. They charged 30% more than quoted. Don’t use this company. I hope the employees sue for break time violations.

    Absolutely do not use them. No one can answer a phone, they damage your home and don't take accountability, and no one will come out to fix it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They moved me June 2021 and I have had damage to my wall with no hope of them repairing it. I have spoken with 4 people, 3 of which have not replied when I followed up, 1 of which told me there was nothing that was moved that could have caused the damage, and the owner who told me that it would be a $20 and easy repair (even though he hasn't seen it). STAY AWAY! I would give ZERO stars is it would let me.
