  I was antagonized about a tip after they showed up 1.5 hrs late, no uniform pants hanging off their behinds, smelling like weed. MARLA (whatever her title is ) was EXTREMELY unprofessional as a TIP is not an expectation but a courtesy, aside from being 1.5 hrs late as a good enough reason to not tip my, you have NO idea my financial circumstance to assume I can afford anything other than the agreed upon service rendered. To add insult you hung up in my face as I tried to confirm if YOUR CARD MACHINE was no longer faulty and actually processed the payment. I see these young men maybe doing something to help better themselves but with you as the manager/logistics etc. is hindering them. The young men were respectful and prompt in their moving it is MARLAS POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND RACIAL SLURS THAT CAUSED FRICTION! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY (if you can call it that)

  I used Get It Home services in Sept 2020. While I had nice and responsive communications with the company and the men who moved me were respectful, I find it perplexing that that some of my items were missing after the move. I had a basket that had some electronic valuables that came up missing, only to find it stuffed in a dresser drawer and my electronics taken!! I also had a mirror that never made it off of the truck, only again to find it today dumped behind my apt building cracked and thrown into the woods!! The guys could have at least me know that the mirror was damaged!! Service leading up to the move was ok, but if you use this service, please make sure you keep a watchful eye on your belongings!!!

  Get It Home movers were wonderful ! The guys were extremely polite and professionally. They wrapped everything, took their time, and made sure my things were well taken care of. They made sure I understand everything in the contract and how I would be charged. Anytime I decide to move, I will call these guys again. I recommend that everyone uses them. They are the best ! Thank you Get It Home !
