Coordinator (Margaret) was horrible, did not communicate or answer calls until we’d call the corporate number & they’d call her. Didn’t tell us our stuff would be late bc of a damaged truck. Had a special item that needed extra delivery help which we paid for & forgot to schedule it on the day they packed up our truck. We had to call & tell them they weren’t there before they realized they were not scheduled. We NOT use again.
