  You know how you are hesitant about hiring someone to move your possessions when you don't know them......i had these guys move us to a smaller house with only a second story living space. They were wonderful.The giys tried to get everything up complicated stairs, never complained. So..careful, I would hire them again in a minute.

  A competitive price was the key driver for why I went with Coast Movers but the decision-making element was the service that I received as I was inquiring on the move. I felt being in contact and supported by the service team throughout the move and the actual experience with the movers, both in the pick up and the delivery, was very good. Everyone was extremely professional. They took care of my furniture and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly covered. They worked efficiently throughout the whole move.

  This company was clearly unprepared for an out of state move and had difficulty coordinating the details of our move. In addition to our items arriving days later than they originally stated, our furniture was damaged. They did not cover our couches or arm chair in the truck and they used our uncovered, tan cushions as packing buffers against the dirty truck. Our furniture now has dark black stains that did not come off after having the upholstery cleaned. We filed a claim and we were given a $250 refund (which did not cover the cleaning let alone the furniture replacement we actually need.) I highly recommend not using this company if you care about your belongings. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated. I gave them one star since technically our stuff did arrive.
