  Frankie and his team were amazing. They came prepared with everything they needed to unload our 26' U-Haul, including unloading a 900lb piano. They were so personable and professional. An absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

  We used them 3 times before with great results, but the 4th time we had a serious problem. Let me say that I believe the owner and most of his crew are honest hard working people. But on this day, they had a few new faces and two boxes of ours disappeared. The owner would not admit any fault and suggested we keep looking through our stuff. Well, we did and 3 months later our stuff is still gone! Interestingly enough, one box was missing from the 1st trip and the other from the 2nd trip. The first box confined prescription medicine that is considered a controlled substance along with several hundred dollars worth of gift cards, a critical medical device, and some other expensive items. The 2nd box was fine tequila and bourbon and was labeled as such. We knew right away that both these were missing because we needed the medical device and the tequila were supposed to be gifts for family arriving the day after the move. But we gave the movers the benefit of the doubt. Now here we are, three months later, everything is long unpacked an both boxes are nowhere to be found.

  My experience with South Sound Movers was exceptional. When Robert reached out to me with a quote it was considerably reasonable compared to other movers in the area! His communication level was great and I knew exactly what the plan was at all times. He fit the move in for the very next day! His team moved a piano for me and they were on time for pick up and the whole process took less than an hour (it was a short driving distance) The team was respectful and skilled and made the entire experience seamless! Thank you Robert and team for providing such great service!
