  Mr. Curt Gilliam is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with. He provided superior customer service!!! We were trying to sell a mobile home and received a non compliance inspection letter. We needed additional support braces added. I called atleast 15 places and no one was willing to help. We had two contracts riding on this one sale. I called Curt and he was so helpful and got right on the job. We can't thank him enough for being willing to help us on such short notice. Thank you so much for everything you did to help save the day!

  Was trying to get a price for a home. Said he would call me back with it later that afternoon. I had to call him back the next day and he said he already sold it. I had called him the day before it came on the lot. When it came on the lot I sent my fiancee to go look at it, that was a Friday and he wasn't there. Monday morning I called and told them I was very interested. (He wasn't there yet again. In court I was told.) Talked to him after lunch finally and told him I was very interested. Already had bank pre-approval. Just needed the price for him doing a couple of things. Said he would call me back that afternoon. Tuesday when I called he said I've already sold it yesterday afternoon. After 5pm when he's supposed to close at 5pm. Also I was told that we had first dibs on it by the lady Monday morning. Apparently he is just about the Benjamin's and not doing the right thing. I do wonder after all of this, why was he in court??????? Bad business practices????????? Makes me wonder!!!!
