  I had my order delivered to me and someone else order was left with mine. I was at work when son called me I explained I only had a treadmill. Four heavy shower doors was left on Tuesday today is Sunday I have reached out to the by phone, email and chat no one will respond.

  I’m not one to write reviews but unfortunately this business did not exceed expectations. They delivered my fitness bike and put it together. But it was assembled completely wrong to the point I can’t even use the bike and now have to get a completely new one. I contacted this company and sent an email with pictures showing bolts missing, not secured all the way, thread being worn because they kept trying to screw them in wrong, wires in the wrong place where it clearly states on the machine “insert wires here”. Etc. this email was sent a week ago and I have yet to hear anything from them. When I spoke to someone on the phone you could tell they truly didn’t care that the expensive product I purchased was put together incorrectly, which is also a service we paid for so my husband didn’t have to do it. The workers who delivered it, although they were very nice, they were more concerned with getting it delivered and put together in “record time”. All over very unprofessional and poor work.
