We chose Our Global Moving to do our move from our condo, to storage, and from storage to our new residence.They seemed professional, but had we known how much damage they would cause to our furniture and belongings. We would have chosen a true nationwide mover. I liked the movers, they were young and energetic, but totally untrained to the aspects of moving furniture and protecting it so it arrives in good shape. Destroyed a entire platform bed, damaged lamps, picture frames and glass table tops. Some fragile things never arrived. Other items we had to throw away and replace. See some pictures below. I cannot recommend Our Global Moving Company,

PLEASE READ IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF - And to Global Moving who continues to say they don't have a record for ALMOST EVERY one star reviews - my first picture is your invoice to make sure you don't discredit this review - which i will repost as many times as I can - and on every review portal I can find to save others from this experience. I wish I had really researched this company and thought hard about why there were largely only 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews. I hope whoever reads that thinks about that...A LOT. After my move, which was a nightmare from pickup to delivery, I was left with very few belongings that were not damaged or ruined. I have included the top of my receipt from Global Moving LLC so they cannot discount my claims as they do many other reviewers as not being able to locate me as a customer. Believe me - as much as I wish I wasn't, I was a customer. If you are considering this company, please read all the 1 star reviews. They describe with accuracy the experience that I had (and many others on here had). We were quoted one price and ended up paying another which was way higher. We were given a pickup day range, yes range, and it wasn’t met . The care of our belongings was NON EXISTENT. Most boxes were crushed. All wood furniture was damaged. A soaking wet mattress that must have been wet for a while based on the stench had to be removed from our house at 2:30 am after delivery once we figured out what was going on. After being bewildered about the 5 star reviews, I looked up, through social media and public search records, many of the 5 star reviewers by name. I personally have not found any of those reviewers, but maybe you can. There are lots of moving companies. The WORST one you can find will be significantly better than this. I promise! If you would like to talk to me directly to hear about our experience I will respond to all requests so you can judge my credibility as a reviewer. I wouldn’t wish this experience on people I hate. I know there will be a few high star reviews after this one to even things out. It’s the way the only system Global Moving seems to have works.

UPDATE: Global Moving LLC ‘settled’ with our claim to the damaged couch for $72. They also stated that they would pay $150 if I took down this review and signed a settlement form. Absolutely will NOT happen. Again, I emphasize: DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service. Damaged goods. Unanswered phone calls and emails. examples: Cassie confirmed pick up of household goods on Monday September 27th for a pick up date of Sunday October 3rd. I received an email, not a call, on Saturday evening at 7 pm saying that the movers would not be there on Sunday, but it would be Monday. I immediately called for an explanation but no response. Doug Parker was condescending, combative and rude as I was shocked at the lack of communication. The movers arrived on Monday around 4 pm and were not finished until almost midnight. They did not properly wrap our brand new couch and it was damaged in multiple places. We had to constantly call for a delivery of the household goods only to find out that the 17 day expected delivery window could be as long as 30 days. We were given less than the 24 - 48 hour notice of delivery. This is a real situation. Job B3485240. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
