We got a letter the other day that they are raising the rent $20 extra a month...just because(there was no reasoning in the letter). We've only been there 2 months, so a price increase of some 20% was extremely surprising when a price was agreed upon. The gate needs work, it seems to catch.

Just a quick comment....we did indeed raise our prices for a couple of reasons. We have not had any price increases in the last 16 years on any of our units. Evaluating the local pricing and market, we simply moved our prices to be the same as the rest of the units in town. We appreciate your business and feel free to call if you have any other questions.

Affordable they definitely work with you and big units everything I own and I have alot

The payment process is a little confusing after they closed their lobby, and the units all have cobwebs and a few bugs since they are outdoors, but the prices are the best in the area as far as I have seen.
