Thank you to Everyone that was involved with assisting me at Green Acres. I didn't know what I was doing until Jade, Hillary, Lauren and everyone came to my rescue and rescued me. If you ever need a Storage place, this is the place to call and to go too. They will answer all your questions and take you on a Tour of Green Acres, and if you didn't know, Green Acres building lights up in Green at night!!!! 😃🥳🌱🌿☘️🍀🌲🌳Thanks everyone and Thank you for taking care of my nephew from Colorado Springs , CO. when he gets to Waterloo, Iowa. Casey was very thorough with me and made sure I understood everything the facility had to offer. She was very patient and was able to manage and assist multiple customers who came in at the same time. Great service!

It is very easy experience on getting a unit. They showed us a couple to choose from.. They were very nice and patient with on our deciding process. While we had unit we had no problems at all. It a very safe and secure building and very clean. Really lile that it is climate controlled building. When moving out of unit the process was very easy and the people were very helpful. I would definitely recommend using these storage facilities.
