Submitted a request on the Mayflower website for a full service move - packing, moving and storage. Not cheap by any means, but more than willing to pay for it. Got matched with Ed at Mayflower/Guardian in TN. Had the onsight walk-through then.....nothing. Four weeks later still no quote or contact, even after calling the office after week three. Terrible!

Owen and His team are just simply the best! From the cost, to the service, to the communication, and then closing the complete move - they were with my family the entire way! I never once wondered or had any concerns unanswered! We even moved through "Snow-Ma-Gedon" of mid Feb. 2021, from Boston to Nashville! They were great! If you need a mover that is more than just good at moving boxes, but a mover that cares and communicates - Owen and Team at Guardian Moving Systems of Memphis and Nashville are the ONLY ANSWER for you! Major relocation across the country to our new home in California. From the original estimate to the load day and even while we were driving across the country, the team was great. Unload day was perfect as well. We are very satisfied. Though we never intend to undertake such a huge move again, if we did, I would call Mayflower. Thanks for your professional team.
