Manager (I'm assuming) on forklift generally has an irritated disposition and an attitude that makes this place seem very unprofessional. Be prepared to wait long amounts of time if they don't like you.

Picked up a load here. Very rude and unprofessional people. Fork lift driver has no idea how to load a trailer, he was rude and angry the whole time, damaged my trailer and said nothing. Avoid them if you can.
