  "Meet with Tim Oversby on 8/9/21 at my cabin in northern Minnesota to discuss leveling the cabin. He told me what his plan was and gave me a price. He wanted 75% (!) down but said he wouldn't need it until just before he started work at which time we would sign a contract. We set up a date and he took all my info to contact me. Because I have a 10 hr drive from my home to the cabin I began trying to contact him 2 and half weeks ahead of the scheduled date. After multiple phone messages and text messages I received 1 response saying he would call me in the morning...that was 10 days ago. Obviously he didn't show up on the agreed upon date. Hope he is alive..."
