Paul Perry & his crew did an awesome job in securing our household items, packing my delicate china cabinet w/ each china piece individually wrapped. His crew moved our whole house from Kincheloe, MI to Navarre, FL without anything being damaged. Paul also had a cleaning person to clean out our home in Kincheloe, so we could have it ready to be sold. Paul keep in constant contact with me during my transfer from USPS Sault office to USPS in Florida, such a great local hometown moving company. H & P moved us from SSM MI to SCS MI. They were professional, courteous, fast, Everything packed to perfection, etc. They handled all our furniture with care, even pieces that are close to 100 years old. Nothing was damaged or banged up. If you need movers who are top notch, call H & P.

I contacted H&P to pickup and ship a small package for me. Paul, the owner, called and said the person handling the pickup location was off on Friday, it would be picked up on Monday. He would notify me. I recieved NO notification, so I called then texted. He finally responded with a TEXT, saying he was "out of town" on a move and would pick them up "when he gets there". This was supposed to be a professioinal transaction, when a company tells me something, I expect it to be followed through on. If not, I should be notified immediately to make the adjustments needed. I'm not your neighbor or your friend, I contacted this company to perform a service, what if they don't show up on your moving day and tell you "i'll get there when i can"??? WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID THIS BUSINESS>
