18 months to finally get a a tracking number for the items we had shipped. We received a lot of misinformation and excuses as to where our package is. At one point the package arrived back at the store. Then the package sat at the store for 10 months!!! We had called several times and even had my mother in-law go down to talk to the manager about it. She was told the package was on it's way, this was 4 months ago. On todays call to the manager, he stated that they were finally sent out two days ago. Would have been nice to know. He could have called, text, or email us with the tracking number, but of coarse didn't. UPDATE: The manager sent our package through fed-ex. We still have not received it. However, the price increased tremendously! by $200!! DO NOT go here for you shipping needs! There are other places to go around the area. I feel if you are not from here, then he doesn't give a hoot about you or you things.

Have been using weirs for years for USA shipping to cut costs of having it shipped over to Canada. Always had a pretty good experience. Flat fee to hold packages and accommodating to make special arrangements for pick up if necessary. Although I have moved I continue to utilize them for family members or when I visit.
