At 11:45 am when I still hadn't received a call I called the company. The secretary said truck was loaded and left at 9 am and truck should be here. She would call driver and call me back. Waited another hour and she never called back. I then tried calling. Called for over an hour and no one would answer phone. Phone went to voicemail and voicemail is full so couldn't leave message. Sooooo unprofessional. Called Home Depot and told them I wouldn't use them again if I had to deal with Hackbarth Delivery Service."
