If I could leave negative stars I would. The lady at the intake counter is rude, disrespectful, condescending, and totally unhelpful. UPS took my money for shipping, refused to refund me when they couldn't perform, and I have received the runaround for days. Joke of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE. Contacted by quasi-literate customer service in response to my email. Unable to provide a refund or even understand the issue.

I had a package go MIA today and called UPS this afternoon to let them know I was missing a package. The driver came all the way back from BR and delivered my package that evening. I can't thank the dedicated driver enough.

Never received my package. Calling customer service is horrible. If you are lucky enough to talk to a person (2% of the time), they cant/dont help. Then call back and auto system hangs up on you. AND READ THE UPS REPLY TO EACH OF THE COMPLAINTS...SAME MASSAGE USED EACH TIME..
