  We used Hassell moving to help us with a big move job. I talked to them before the move. They said that they could handle anything. I sent them pictures of the equipment that we needed moved. I once again was told that everything could be done with them, I asked them what if any damages happen to the equipment. They said they have never damaged anything. So I used them for the move. On the day of the move my self and 3 techs showed up to break down the equipment. Hassell's team moved them and damaged every e of equipment that they touched. They scratched paint, broke and dented shrouds and bent guide rods. This was last Saturday on 2/29/2020. I asked the team what about the damages to the equipment? They told me that is a Hassell issue since they have never damaged anything. I sent them messages on face book at that time asking if they plan to make it right, I sent them all the pictures. Nicole called me on Monday asking what happened. She said they would write a check for $300. Its not going to cover all the damages but its a start, its also what their contract states that you are supposed to sign before the move that i had no idea about until after, They have this in there contract as they do not carry any insurance at all. Brandon called me about 45 mins later saying that he would have to look into all this and he would have to talk to his team. That I understand, he asked me to send him the pictures of the damages, I did just that. Since then I have called and texted him asking him what is going on. I told him even with me fixing the damages im looking at about $500-$600 in damages. I have not gotten a reply from anyone with the moving company since. Phone goes to voice mail and no one will answer any text. They were super quick to cash the check though. I would say this is pretty shady on Hassell's part. I will not use this company again also I am in the process of filling papers with small claims court for what I paid for the move. I am also going to the BBB to let them know how shady this company is

  Awesome job, The movers were very polite and professional. Nothing was broken and they very helpful with placing the furniture in the house. Thank you. Will recommend them anytime.
