  We used Help-U-Move to move our baby grand piano. We live more than an hour from Pasco and they were still happy to help. Trent, Dalton and Raphy were efficient, friendly and competent. They took care with our piano and I appreciated that. I will happily use their services in the future. Phone scheduling was easy and everyone we worked with at Help-U-Move has been polite and helpful.

  I can’t say enough good things about Help-U-Move. We called them up for our Kennewick to Richland move and they did a fantastic job. Our house has a steep driveway and steps and it didn’t bother them at all. They were extremely quick and careful with our furniture and made our move seamless. Chris, James, Raffy, and Chuy are so good at what they do and Steve the owner takes great care of them. We’ll certainly use them again in the future.

  I got 3 different quotes from local businesses and ended up choosing Help-U-Move. They were the only business that offered to come out and look at what they were working with to best give an accurate quote. I was also told the more I am prepared the less it would cost but that they are more than willing to help pack up my belongings. They gave me a paper that clearly said their price and how to best prepare for a move, along with a quote of how long it will take which was more detailed and reasonable then the other 2 companies I spoke with. Chris N and Elijah were the two that moved me. They called and notified me of a slight delay prior to their arrival but showed up ready to work. They seemed to work well as a team and would guide each other on the bigger heavier things to avoid damage to the property or my belongings. They had to constantly go up and down stairs to pack up from where I was moving from but they didn't complain at all. When we got to the new location they were relieved to see no stairs though. I had most items just stored in the garage and only had them set the heavy furniture inside the house. They communicated with me perfectly to confirm where things were and double checked multiple times to see if the item they were unloading was getting stored or set inside the house. I would definitely use this company and team again for my next move.
