  The only reason i put 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t available. We contacted them and they were quick to say they were available to move on the day we had scheduled. The initial day they were supposed to be to the house by 10:30 am. Once that time passed and several phone calls later they advised that they were not gonna make it until after 5 pm. We had a conversation and we’re able to reschedule for 3 days later which was the absolute last day that we could do it before we sold the home and had to be out. We were told that they would be there at 8 am sharp and get it knocked out. 8 am came and went and we finally got in contact with them and they said they were told 9. Once 9 passed we made contact again and they said they wouldn’t be there until after 11. After talking to the owner and discussing my frustrations as an adult he hung up on me and has failed to respond about giving back our deposit. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them for a quote to move and the gentleman asked me for the zip code and I gave it to him he said it was an hour drive. I told him it was a 2 hour drive he got mad and hung the phone up. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

  Set up the move on a Thursday night. The application allowed me to propose a time for the following day (it also let me propose a time for the day of for an extra fee). It seemed weird to me that they didn’t have their availability posted on the application or on the little calendar where you select the date and start time. I just had to select the day and time and hope they’d be available. I set it up for Friday the 11th at 3pm. I had to pay a $50 deposit which I was ok with that since money would be deducted from the total cost of the move. After applying, the owner of the company I guess messaged me and asked if I had meant to set it up for that day. I went back and looked at the application and I definitely set it up for the following day, not the day of. So that was weird. They asked if we could start at 2 instead of 3 and I agreed. I asked them if they needed to know what I had to move and they said “not really” and that was also weird. I told them anyway that I have an upright piano and was moving from a second floor apartment with no elevator. No response, but that was fine. I was just letting them know. Next day, I’m up early to get to my apartment and do a bunch of last minute things before the movers got there. I didn’t expect the movers to be perfectly on time but I did expect to be kept in the loop. By 3, no one was there to help me and I hadn’t gotten a call. I texted the number I have been in contact with the day before, no response. I called, no answer. I wait another hour and still nothing. At this point, I’m getting hungry and I didn’t wanna leave because I didn’t want the movers to show while I was gone. I waited another hour and by this time, it’s 5pm and I hadn’t eaten all day. I went and got food. Came back, ate. Called the company one last time, no answer. Texted them one last time, simply asking if they were coming or if I should go home. I told them even that I would be willing to continue to wait but that I just needed to know what was going on. I’m a very understanding customer and I just wanted to get my stuff moved, honestly. But no response. So they were supposed to be there at 2, which is a time they suggested, I waited four hours and never heard from them and left. I drove an hour to my house where my bed was still on the floor because I hadn’t been able to move my big furniture. The next morning, I get a text that said “we had an accident yesterday, we will refund your deposit”. And I asked “y’all can’t reschedule?” Like I said, I just wanted to get my stuff moved. But they said they couldn’t reschedule. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t been refunded so I did file a claim with my bank. I was mostly mad that this company didn’t think it was important to communicate. They also didn’t think it was important to apologize for the inconvenience. They wasted my entire day when they really didn’t have to. They could have taken 2 seconds to respond to a text but they waited till the next day. I starved myself for hours waiting on them when they weren’t even en route. Since they said they couldn’t reschedule after the accident (they didn’t say what happened), I assume they’re done with business. Either they didn’t want to do business with me, needed time to recover from the accident or are done with business. But I don’t know. Regardless tho, I would not recommend this service. Horrible experience. I have since gotten my things moved, thankfully.
