Lately it's been very difficult to find a store associate to help you. Lowe's used to be very good about having associates in pretty much every area of the store, and they were easy to find nearby when you needed help. The last 2 times I've been there I've had to go on a hunt to find someone to help me.

We have been promised our delivery for almost a week. Every day they keep giving us different answers. Today we were assured we would receive it around noon. When we called they said they are not sure what is going on and don’t know how to help me. We are not sure where our new washer set it and no one will give us an explanation.

It was great, I interacted with several associates and they were great, friendly & I felt like they really wanted to help me out. And they did, too. From the helping me find some items an the app to check-out. And looks pretty busy getting ready for the upcoming holiday season.. Great Job Lowe's !!!
