  We moved from Mt. Shasta, CA to Asheville, NC in September 2020. After a lot of research, we settled on Hemsted's and were very pleased with their service. Bob, the owner, came to our house in order to review our inventory and give us a fair estimate. It was wonderful to talk to a real person as opposed to doing an estimate over the Internet. Mark Crawley, the moving coordinator, was extremely helpful in explaining all the details involved in this major move for us. He was always available when I called and very patient and communicated well. He was my "go to" person during the entire process. Finally, kudos to our driver, Joe Perry, and his crew. They were fantastic and arrived on time with everything in good condition. I would highly recommend this company.

  Arnie and Wayne are two of the hardest workers I have ever met. They were very fast and careful with our belongings. I have moved more times then I care to say and this was the first time having the assistance of a moving company. It was so nice not to have to play Jenga in the moving truck and leave it to the professionals. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!!!
