  It is so clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I like that there is a gate to keep random people out and I have a toddler who runs around and you can hear the gate opening so I know when cars are coming!

  Extremely difficult to work with. I lost the key to my unit so I went in on feb 12 to pay to have the lock cut off so I could clean the unit out, I had to take time off work because this had to be done in person. After I was paid the fee I was told they would order the lock removal and contact me within a few days so I could move forward with emptying the unit. I made it very clear I would be emptying the unit, she made a point to note this in their system. March 10, I called to inquire about the lock cut, was told they somehow forgot to order it but would order it ASAP. March 13, was contacted requesting I pay the rent for the unit, I again reminded them I had paid for a lock cut because I intended to clear the unit, I couldn’t clear the unit without the lock cut. March 16, I finally received a call to notify me the lock had finally been removed but I would not be allowed to clear the unit unless I paid late fees, “prelim fees” and the months rent totaling $83. When I explained I had been attempting for 4 weeks to move out of the unit, I was told it was my responsibility to call “daily if necessary” to make sure the lock was removed so therefore it was my fault and I would be required to pay all of the fees. After she spoke to her supervisor I received a callback telling if I came and cleared the unit by 4:30pm I would only have to pay $30. Again I explained this was my intention all along, I was simply just waiting for them to remove the lock. So I arrive at 4:20 pm with my pickup truck to find the door locked and a sign stating closed for the day. I knocked on the door and the lady stated “I’m closed.” I said “you told me to come down and pay $30 to clear my unit.” She then opens the door and states only one person in at a time. Due to this nightmare of a situation I requested my husband be present, she refused stating unless he left and closed the door she would make me pay $83 instead of $30. My husband insisted on being present and she stated she would not deal with me unless he left and closed the door. I asked for a receipt for the $30 and the lock cut and she refused. Thank god after this month long disaster and rude unprofessional encounter I finally cleared the unit. After I left the facility, I called to ask for the supervisors name and contact information and was told “NO.” So BEWARE, if you run into any issues you’re at the mercy of the staff regardless of logic and common sense. ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES OF MY ADULT LIFE.

  Well I'm kinda bias because it is my place of employment! I have to say though we strive to maintain "cleanliness". We feel people work hard for their income and therefore it's only right that when they use their hard earned cash on a storage unit then it aut to be clean!
