  I asked if they could move the due date to the 15th because that's when I get paid. They said no. Now I get locked out for half the month and owe late fees every month. Seems like an easy fix. They just won't do it.

  I would never trust these people to store anything of mine again!!! My storage was broken into and robbed. I found out a month later by an anonymous person who found my name on photos. No one is on-site at their older property now and they did not inform their customers. When I called to inform them of what happened they sent someone down to check my unit, several hours later I receive a call from Belton PD that my unit had definitely been robbed. I've since made several attempts to contact the storage facility to make certain they have stopped the auto draft on my card and they do not answer nor return my calls. Very unprofessional and poorly run...Not only do their side locks not work properly, their exit gate malfunctions frequently and they make no attempts to repair any of it. By the way, they are STILL charging my card monthly for an empty storage...BEWARE!!!!

  This is a very secure SELF storage unit with gated entry that does work, which means the people that rent the storage space have ensure that their unit is locked when they leave. When reviewing our camera footage that we gave to the police department, Ms. Oster left her unit unlocked. Which left it open for anyone to remove her unsecured belongings. Also the month that she was charged was an accident and was refunded.

  Everytime I go to my storage unit the gate won't open... No after hours support. Very frustrating! Staff was polite.
