  Bait & Switch? On April 24, 2021 we called and rented a 10x30 RV space, uncovered, and “graveled” for $65.00 a month. The staff was friendly and the process was quick. We were on our way home with our brand new (to us) RV and we were excited to be accommodated so easily. We were a little disappointed to find about 40% of the gravel washed away from our designated spot but didn’t complain as we were grateful to have some place convenient. On June 16, 2021 we received a notice that our monthly rental rate was increasing to $110 a month!!!! Less than two months as a customer and an unconscionable 70% rate increase for a small section of dirt. I cannot fathom how unmanageable this scenario is for those renting units with stacks of household goods to move. We just have to hook up our truck and pull our property out of their way. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company. They do not value their customers and they grossly over value their property. Since it is month to month you might try it in a pinch for a month as they advertise the 10x30 spots $70 on their website.

  I have had my Mom’s furniture stored at Iron Guard for nearly 2 1/2 years now while she saves money for her own place. The original owners were fabulous, however since new ownership they have continuously raised one of two storage units 20-30 dollars per month every three months now the fees are horrendous. I had my own furniture storage there in a third unit while my mom uses two of the rooms in our house but rats got in and destroy an entire, very expensive bedroom set and formal living room set. Insurance does not cover replacement cost. The staff however has always been very kind and nice. As for corporate who raises rates every three months this is not fair to those who already had a storage unit before new ownership. Also, not how you should treat people, please stop!!!!

  Very friendly and quick service. We came in today to rent a RV spot, and were in and out within 10-15 minutes with autopay setup!! Thanks for a super easy experience!!
