I could not have dreamed of a better moving experience than what I had with Ruby, Tyler, & Mike. Ruby was polite, communicative, and detailed when it came to learning about services and scheduling. Tyler & Mike were respectful, timely, and worked diligently. Historically I have been resistant to hiring moving help due to cost and fear of care towards my personal items aka I've grunted through hours of packing, loading a trailer, and making 3-4 trips. NEVER. AGAIN! I am a women of my word, because words are powerful, and I will be recommending this company to everyone.

From start to finish Higher Ground was wonderful to work with. Ruby in the office helped me plan the move and eased my worries as we had to move two households together. Rachel packed everything for us and did an amazing job. On moving day, Nate and his team Jordan, Alex and Lukas packed the truck with precision and made sure everything fit with room to spare! Adam delivered our goods to Portland and kept me informed and even handled a last minute issue at the delivery site for me. Thanks so much Higher Ground! Your entire team helped make a stressful time enjoyable.

Mike, Tyler, Paul, and Rob did a top notch move of my full size upright grand piano today! They were timely, efficient, attentive, calm, kind, easy-going, respectful and professional. It was a flawless move of a huge piece of furniture and I am so very grateful for their good and hard work. Thank you Higher Ground Moving!
