When we arrived to pick up the truck we had a long wait...they need more counter help. The gal at the counter was very sweet, but not very knowledgeable! She also didn’t help us with the car carrier. She told us she could only tell us what to do to get my car up on the carrier and that meant that every time we had a question , she told us to watch a you tube video on it! Finally after about 30-45 minuet of my daughter and I trying to figure it out a guy in a Penske shirt pulled up and physically helped us. So we were finally about able to head off on our adventure!

Called to see if they had a van or box truck that could accommodate a 10 ft paddle board and other items. Was met with a curt “no” and then the gentlemen hung up..........Called Enterprise and got a truck and was treated with courtesy and respect. The 5 star reviews here give me pause, would never rent from these folks
