  I would give zero stars if I could. When moving out, they showed up with the wrong truck that wouldn’t make it up driveway. Had to rent a second truck and transfer from one truck to another down the street. Loading crew quit before loading was complete, and the driver had to finish alone with my help. On the move-in side, delivery was canceled / rescheduled by the company the day before the set delivery, then they tried to reschedule again on the second delivery date. The truck used for delivery was too small and did not fit all our belongings - 4 large items were left behind. Driver promised the company would schedule delivery of missing items. However, I have had no word from the company on this. Multiple phone calls / voice messages to the sales and dispatch numbers have gone unanswered. Not sure when/if we will ever recover the missing items.

  I wish that I could give this company zero Stars and have their licenses revoked. This company is absolute b.s I have been trying to contact this company to get my things for about a month and a half. My things were put into storage and I was told I had one month to get them out I have been calling for that full month I just bought a new house and have absolutely nothing inside of it because they will not answer the phone I called day and night and get absolutely no answer I leave voicemails and get absolutely no response and at this point I may have to look into finding an attorney because I'm not sure if they stolen my things or what. This is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with. In no way is this company professional they do not have any type of communication I don't even know if they even still have my things again I cannot get any correspondence on where my things are or if they even still have them or if they've just actually stolen them. Trying to find their company online was so difficult I just now finally found them on Google. I never received copies of any paperwork that I was supposed to receive. And please don't get me started on when they came to pick the things up in a big U-Haul truck and I didn't know because I thought because they have their own company that they would have their own truck with a logo on it I did not release my things until they pulled up the contract and verified information. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone at all ever.

  I've used Home Movers twice now and I've had a great experience! This second time Phillip and his crew were amazing! They carefully wrapped everything, were quick, and cautious. I'm definitely going to be using them again!
