  I will update once issue is resolved. I ordered a 12 x 20 metal utility building with porch package just after Christmas 2021. Building was delivered at the beginning of February, a little earlier than anticipated which was great. When the building arrived on the lot, one of the metal roof panels was damaged during shipping. Before delivery it was secured with screws, but I was told that the materials to repair were ordered from the factory and would be installed at my home when they arrived. I was promptly contacted by e-mail by someone at the factory to say that the materials were ordered and that the repair person would contact me as soon as they received the materials. It is now March 4th and I have not been contacted about scheduling repairs. I have spoken to the factory via e-mail two more times and she was looking into it, but has not been able to find out why the repairs have not been scheduled and had me reach out to another person I believe with the repair company on Monday February 28th. That e-mail has not yet been answered. I like the building, ordering was easy after I used the online tool to configure it the way I wanted. Delivery was also faster than expected. I am just aggravated that I can't get the repairs completed nor can anyone tell me a timetable.

  Jeff was extremely helpful in the purchase of our shed. He was very responsive, pricing was great, and the quality of the building was exceptional. I'd highly recommend working with Jeff and his team at Hometown Sheds.

  Can not say enough good things about this place. They aren't just trying to make a sell. They work to get what's best for your needs as far as size and style. The owner is a straight shooter and I will be sending all my friends and family here! If you need a shed, call Jeff!!
