  "We got behind a month. Because the price was not what they advertised. They cut our lock off which is acceptable and understandable. But after we caught up our payment we went out to the 5x7 unit for a $119 a month. Which is ridiculous. They still have a lock on the unit. And some of mine and my wife belongs are outside of the unit on the ground. Called the company and they said its they have to take pictures of lock cut off units. But couldn't explain why my stuff was left outside my unit. That is definitely being over charged. I'm not happy with service at all."
