Called for a unit to store son’s belongings I was bringing from Jacksonville Florida. Rented the unit and before I came, son rented a place. I paid through July and did not expect a refund. I was given a refund. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone needing a place to store goods. Thank you Hometown Storage.
