Been trying to call 2 different numbers that are posted for almost an hour and no answer while sitting outside the door code wont work this is ridiculous this is supposed to be a business and phones don't get answered not cool

Desiree, We are sorry you had a bad experience. Due to the fact that the unit you were trying to access wasn't yours and was extremely delinquent is the reason the gate would not open. We did not respond immediately because we had to contact the owner of the unit and get the proper permission before we could give you access. We do this so all of our tenants belongings are safe and secure. The gate worked exactly as it was intended.
