  I blame the boss, not the kids who did the moving with little to no tools, dollies, or experience but managed to stay polite and friendly. A similar-sized law practice that moved from the same building to the same building had theirs completed in 3-4 hours. Ours took just shy of 10 hours! Totally not worth it.

  Everything arrived unharmed and the way you presented it to us. As you were there the whole time, no problems arose. Quoted 8 hours for the job(accepted the estimate of $1280 before the job started) the job was performed from 9 am to 6:20 pm with a 20-minute break. We had 3 dollies to move your stuff and assembled and disassembled many of your large office desks(with tools). For two 20ft U-Haul trucks full of items from a 2nd-floor office with 4 rooms to a 5th story office, we believe the work we provided was fair. For the unexpected bad experience, we gave a free hour of labor and ended up at the initial quote of $1280 for 3-man labor for 9 hours.
