  Gush alert here! I cannot thank Hughes or recommend them enough!!! From the first call, they were so responsive. My specialist Vicky was extremely thorough and attentive throughout the beginning stages of packing, packing, stressing and more packing. I moved myself and my three cats from Philly to New Orleans and was FREAKED OUT by the whole endeavor. The morning of my move, the crew that packed the truck were amazing - friendly, efficient, careful and just all around wonderful. I forgot something on the truck I meant to take with me in the car. I called Vicky and got in touch with the driver (Mike I believe) and he pulled over so I could meet him and retrieve a bag of shoes!!!! When the truck arrived in New Orleans, it was rainy and cold and miserable. The truck couldn't fit in the storage lot so the guys just unloaded on the street and rolled things in. I felt so bad but Dave and his AMAZING crew just took it in stride and got the job done in and hour and a half. They also were friendly and personable and very respectful of the things I needed loaded last or wanted to take home with me. For such a huge life move for me, Hughes made it virtually stress-free on that end. I CANNOT recommend them enough for your moving needs. So much so that my Dad is now using them for his move!!!! Thank you endlessly Hughes for your services and fantastic "bedside manner". It really saved my sanity.

  Never realized the number of services for moving until I googled a site when we needed an out of state mover. I was bombarded with calls and some very high pressure to put a down payment to secure them immediately. Being a cautious person I have found company reviews helpful which eliminated quite a few. I decided to try more local companies and found Hughes Relocation and I’m so happy I did. I immediately felt comfortable, no pressure for my decision, explained everything and did a virtual tour of the items being moved which produced a quote including all expenses. From that initial call the communication was excellent, answering all our questions and concerns. The loaders were wonderful and very respectful of our belongings . Our furniture went from Pa.to Wilmington NC where it was stored for a few weeks. Again the company that delivered the furniture was wonderful, the unloaders didn’t an amazing job. We could not be more pleased with our moving experience and would highly recommend Hughes Relocation to family friends and strangers. Thank you to all involved !

  Hughes relocation is the best! Right from our initial first call, requesting a quote, to having the salesman come to all informing us every step of the way with the initial quote, loading, unloading and keeping up posted how far the driver was away in each direction ,it was the best!!! The truck driver, and all the co workers were very courteous, friendly, very careful with our items, very detailed, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people. Thank you for making our move very smooth! Andy & Sharon Fedor
