  The MSS Chicago and Charlotte crew were five stars! Excellent beyond belief. Everything was carefully handled packaged, crated, uncrated, installed expertly. No breakage, no damage of any kind. They were just amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, and they took such care and concern of my valuable items. Outstanding work from all of them. I would hire all of them again in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to others.

  I used these guys as a 3rd party for a move I just went through where they had to crate my desk and move some exercise equipment. They were professional, did a great job boxing and securing everything, and then immediately came back post move to uncrate and put everything back together. When my elliptical had a knocking noise when I first tried to use it, I contacted MSS< they came out the SAME DAY, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and to call them if I had any other issues. Customer service at its finest. I would use these guys for any disassembly/assembly or specialty move over and over. Good job guys...way to stand behind your work

  A more horrific experience than I had imagined possible when I first contacted them. And one that I thought unique until I read the myriad of 1-star reviews left for the MSS crack customer service team. In short they are every bit as slimy and unresponsive as has been well documented. But did you know they are also without an ounce of shame or honor – my breaking point was their attempt to throw my 80-year old mother under the bus, baselessly placing blame on her for their ineptitude, and that was just the most egregious of their laundry list of pathetic excuses. Absolutely disgusting how far they will go to avoid taking responsibility. An entire case study could be written this experience with MSS, working title: 'How Not to Do Business or Conduct Yourselves'. Caveat emptor
