Don’t take for granted that a cross-country move is going to be a piece of cake. From personal experience I can tell you they can be anything but. But my move with Hughes from Florida to Oregon was about as good as these things can get. Bruce Hart, the Hughes agent, was professional, returned calls, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. Maria, the office coordinator, was also very good at getting back to me. The price they quoted was the price I paid. So as far as Hughes had control, the experience was very good. I was also fortunate to get a conscientious contractor who did the driving and delivering, which was the frosting on the cake.

Excellent service from the start of move to completion! Bruce the Estimator was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and then Maria took over and was with us doing the whole move. Move us from Ocala, Florida to Virginia with no damage to our personal goods or either homes. Highly recommend them.

We used Hughes for a local move in Ocala for both packing and moving. The packing was good, and everything arrived at the new house without any damage. We had a few hiccups but they were addressed and handled in a professional and customer focused manner. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.
